Do you like being in the know and sharing information? Do you have a creative side? Like creating fliers and banners? Have a knack for social media? Like planning and proofreading?

We have the committee for you!

SPC Communication Committee Volunteers

  • Planning and presenting communication strategies
  • Designing fliers or social media banners
  • Creating social media events
  • Writing and/or editing communications

This is not an all inclusive list nor do you have to want or know how to do all of them. If any one task appeals to you or is a strength or you have other ideas about the communication strategy please volunteer here.

The Communications committee is responsible for developing, updating and monitoring SPC’s communications policies, social networking accounts, and electronic discussion groups, as well as recommending new ways for the SPC to communicate with its members and other interested parties through alternative media.

The Communications committee is also responsible for regularly updating and marketing information about SPC activities, SPC Meetings, outreach and news updates.
