Scottsdale Parent Council facilitates communication among schools with the school liaisons and within each complex through three or four meetings each school year. The school liaisons coordinate with the representatives of the different levels: high school, middle school and elementary school. Complex chairs organize meetings of school representatives and principals within their complexes to discuss relevant issues and report back to the general membership. School liaisons and complex chairs are appointed by the SPC president.
